How facility pricing works
We don't publish every band on a public page — your competitors are reading too — but we're happy to walk through the model so you know exactly how a Navix facility plan is priced before you ever talk to sales.
Average Daily Census reflects what your platform is actually doing — active episodes of care, not stickers on a wall. We tier by ADC because that's the operational reality of your program.
We maintain a separate tier schedule for inpatient/residential/detox versus outpatient/PHP/IOP/virtual. The workload patterns differ, so the bands and step-ups differ — and we don't force one shape on the other.
Running both inpatient and outpatient at one location? Your monthly fee is the sum of the applicable inpatient tier plus the applicable outpatient tier. ADC is calculated independently for each — no surprise bundling.
Each location is billed against its own ADC. We don't roll up census across locations to push you into a higher tier. Networks of multiple locations get an enterprise agreement that's structured for the whole org.
Above the top published band on either ladder, you roll into a custom enterprise agreement on a separate order form — pricing reflects your actual level of care, program mix, and operational complexity.
The tier schedule in effect on the day you sign your order form governs your pricing for the entire initial subscription term. Future schedule updates only apply at renewal — never mid-term.
