SMS Notifications
Navix Health uses SMS text messaging to help treatment facilities and their care teams stay connected with clients through timely, relevant notifications.
What Messages We Send
Navix Health may send the following types of SMS notifications:
- Appointment reminders and scheduling updates
- Telehealth session links
- Account and security notifications

How You Opt In
By enabling SMS notifications, you agree to receive service-related text messages about appointments and account activity (e.g., reminders, scheduling updates, telehealth links). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
SMS notifications are entirely optional. To receive text messages from Navix Health, users must:
- Navigate to Notification Preferences within their Navix account settings
- Review and check the SMS consent checkbox with full TCPA disclosure language
- Confirm ownership of the mobile number by checking a second consent checkbox
- Enter mobile phone number and request a verification code
- Enter the 6-digit OTP to verify the number and activate SMS notifications
- Privacy Policy, Terms of Services, and SMS Help links are accessible within the opt-in section
No SMS messages will be sent without completing this opt-in process.
How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time by:
- Replying STOP to any Navix Health text message
- Disabling SMS notifications in your Notification Preferences within the Navix app
Opt-out requests are processed immediately.
