How You Opt In
By enabling SMS notifications, you agree to receive service-related text messages about appointments and account activity (e.g., reminders, scheduling updates, telehealth links). Message frequency varies. Msg & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.

Open Notification Preferences
Navigate to Notification Preferences within your Navix account settings.

Review TCPA disclosure
Check the SMS consent box with full TCPA disclosure language presented inline.

Confirm number ownership
Check a second consent box confirming you own the mobile number being enrolled.

Enter mobile number
Provide your mobile phone number and request a 6-digit verification code.

Verify with OTP
Enter the 6-digit code to verify the line and activate SMS notifications.
Privacy Policy, Terms of Service, and SMS Help links are accessible within the opt-in section of your account.

Representative copy for each category. Real messages are templated, audited, and contain no PHI.

How to Opt Out
You can stop receiving SMS messages at any time. Opt-out requests are processed immediately.
STOPReply STOP to any Navix Health text message to immediately unsubscribe that number.
Disable in SettingsDisable SMS notifications in Notification Preferences within the Navix app.
